We are thrilled to partner with our local Military throughout tournament week and are deeply grateful for those who protect our freedoms, every day. We celebrate all week long with a number of events and the week culminates on Saturday for Military Appreciation Day presented by Savannah Logistics Group & Vereens.

Wednesday – Military Caddies in the Skyway Capital Markets Pro-Am

Our pro’s and amateurs playing in our Pro-Am are lucky to be joined inside the ropes by a member of our military as an Honorary Caddie. A favorite day for many.

Wednesday – Opening Ceremonies

Celebrate the start of tournament competition for the Club Car Championship at The Landings Golf & Athletic Club on the 10th tee box at Deer Creek. The Opening Ceremony features a ceremonial first tee shot at 12:00 p.m. The ceremony will also include a military band, color guard, and national anthem performance. Representatives from the tournament and Club Car will address the crowd and introduce the first tee shot participant.

Thursday - Sunday – Military Outpost

The excitement continues as competition gets underway with the Military Outpost.  Located on #14 Green, this is a military exclusive venue for all active duty, reserve and Veterans that provides complimentary food thanks to Publix, and beverages all week.

Saturday – Military Appreciation Day presented by Savannah Logistics Group & Vereens

The most exciting day of tournament week happens on Saturday. Fans can check out a variety of military equipment, placed throughout the golf course.

We’re joined by a Military Announcer and have members of our military guarding the pin, an American flag.

Following play, join us at the Practice Range for our Military Appreciation Day Ceremony, always full of surprises before our Military Appreciation Show.
